Description / TheraBand Handtrainer
TheraBand handtrainers are used to strengthen the hand, fingers and forearm as well as for coordination training. Thanks to the extremely resilient material, they can also be used for stress relief and for cold and heat therapy.
The hand trainers are easy to clean and, thanks to five different degrees of hardness, offer a wide range of uses in therapy, sport, fitness and wellness. Their small size makes them ideal companions in everyday situations.
