This is how to sleep on The Pillow

The Pillow is a well established orthopedic product designed by Dr. John C. Downing, U.S.A. The Pillow consists of a neckroll (1) at the front, two side pieces (2) and a thinner separate centre piece (3). On your back The neckroll of The Pillow ensures the natural S-curve of the spinal column and the hollow part of your neck are correctly supported. Lay with your head on the centre piece (3). The neckroll is placed above the shoulders with the round side up. Light traction is now taking place, imperceptibly stretching your spinal column and helping to release any pinched nerves (which cause pain).

On your side

Sleeping on your side or turning from the side to your back is no problem when using The Pillow. The Pillow stays in place while you are rolling over from the left to the right side onto the thicker side pieces.

Please remember that you will probably have to adjust to a new, healthy sleeping position on The Pillow. Your body needs time to adjust, be patient, soon you won’t be able to sleep without The Pillow, it’s so comfortable. Some people need a little time to become accustomed to the new position, but don’t be suprised if you find it superbly comfortable on the first night.
