The PTP MediBand is designed to train strength, mobility and muscle control. The elastic resistance builds gradually: the further you stretch the band, the more counter pressure you feel. As a result, you train in a controlled way and your joints are not unnecessarily stressed.
Each MediBand comes with over 40 exercises put together by a Pilates instructor. These exercises target the whole body and help balance muscles by training both stabilising and moving muscle groups.

Ultra Light: 4.2 kg. (Suitable for beginners and recovery training)
Light: 5.8 kg (Mobility + light strength, posture)
Medium: 6.5 kg (Medium active level)
Heavy: 8.8 kg (Advanced, sports performance)
