With the BBT band, you can easily add extra resistance to your leg and buttock exercises. You wear the band just above your knees, which means you have to maintain tension during each movement. You feel this especially in your buttocks, thighs and hips. The belt is suitable for exercises such as squats, glute bridges, side steps and leg lifts. The resistance will engage your muscles more actively and you will get more out of short, targeted workouts.
The BBT bands are available in three resistance levels. So choose the band that suits your level or build up your workout step by step.
