Slastix Loops are the elastic bands from Stroops. The elastic band is encased in a bright orange sleeve that prevents the elastic from tearing. You can do multiple exercises with the Loops. Especially placing the band around the legs and squads, lunges and side shuffles are common exercises, The resistance of the elastic band makes the exercise more intense and effective. In fact, you train more muscle groups.
