This Stroops Accelerator bundle contains everything you need to perform explosive exercises to improve your speed and jumping power. Put the included belt around your waist, the anchor to a suitable attachment point (trees, poles, posts, etc.) and attach the Slastix Clip (3m) to both. That's it! You're now ready to start your workout. The Clip also has a protective Nylon cover so you can train safely without worrying about snapping rubber bands.
The Accelerator is available in three resistance levels: 35kg/77lbs, 47kg/105lbs, or 68kg/150lbs.
