Aquaball black
Meet a new way of training in which 'hydro inertia' (slowness of water) plays a major role. Thanks to the inertia of the water, a lot of instability occurs during training. With Aquaballs, the instability is in the weight itself! This makes the forms of exercise in rehabilitation programmes, for example, much more specific to actual sports practice and situations in everyday life.
Training with the Aquaball pushes you to your limits. No two repetitions are the same, making every training session with the Aquaball a challenge. The unstable water mass flowing through the Aquaball helps to improve your (core) stability and develop strength. It stimulates not only the larger muscle groups but also the smaller ones. This makes it the perfect complement to any other workout.
Aquaballs are inflatable balls that are filled with water and air. Aquaballs have a durable filling system which works easily to adjust the water level in the product. This makes the Aquaball suitable to take on trips, bootcamps and use for home workouts.
The Aquaballs come in three different sizes to ensure there is always a size to suit your needs. Two handles are attached to the S and M sizes. This allows for a greater variety of exercises. The material they are made of is of high quality and can even be used outdoors. Because of the use of comfortable materials, you don't have to worry about damaged skin or bruises.
Aquaballs are ideal to use as kettlebells, medicine balls or atlas stones and add an extra dimension to your training exercises. Discover the ultimate form of instability during your workout.
During your workout with the Aquaballs, the whole body has to work hard to move or control the unstable water. This not only trains your major muscle groups, but also all those muscles you normally easily forget. Because the water in the Aquaballs moves freely, the execution and body position is automatically corrected if it is not quite right.
The Aquaballs are available in three sizes and are supplied (unfilled) including pump and poster.
