The Assist Strap increases the range of exercises you perform with bands and tubing. You loop one end around a limb while attaching the band or tubing to the other end. This allows people with weak(er) grip strength to use bands and tubing in training and rehabilitation programmes. Ideal for stretching exercises, and rehabilitation.
The TheraBand Assist is supplied individually.
