This soft, flexible hand trainer helps to improve the strength and mobility of your fingers, hands, wrists and forearms. By squeezing, compressing or stretching the exercise ball, you can train your grip strength and dexterity. After use, the ball returns to its original shape.
The five resistance levels allow you to tailor the exercises to your hand strength and build up your training gradually. The hand trainer is suitable for hand therapy, rehabilitation and sports training.
The exercise ball can also be heated or cooled for heat and cold therapy. The latex-free material is easy to clean.
