The BOSU Hand Weights are compact hand weights that allow you to easily add extra resistance to strength, fitness and balance training. Each set consists of two 1 kg weights. They are suitable for activities such as walking, shadow boxing, bicep curls, barre, Pilates and dynamic full-body exercises.
The ergonomic shape and soft silicone outer layer ensure a comfortable, firm grip. This means the weights sit comfortably in the hand during both slow and fast movements. The steel core distributes the weight evenly, providing a stable and natural feel during movement.
