The SandRope gives you the benefits of a "high intensity" battle rope workout, but takes up less space, requires no anchor point and gives a much wider variety of exercises! The SandRope™ is a neoprene sleeve filled with sand that can move inside the sleeve. Where a normal "heavy" battle rope takes up a length of 15 to 20 metres, the SandRope™ with a length of only 3 metres is ideal for smaller spaces!
Hyperwear's SandRope battle ropes are filled with 7 kg of sand, similar to a standard 10-metre rope with a 25 mm diameter. The SandRope's flexible neoprene sleeve is 40 mm in diameter and creates a firm grip for the hands, without any annoying fibres coming loose, as with traditional ropes. The SandRope's biggest advantage:
- Perfect for smaller spaces: takes up only 3m of space!
- No anchor point needed!
- More variety in exercises!
The SandRope gives you one total body workout with more results in less time! The versatility of the product allows you to train different muscle groups: vary the resistance, by starting with two hands, alternating workouts, or working with two SandRope at the same time!
