The Python Striker is a resistance band training system that you wear while you train. Resistance is placed on your hands and feet to turn ordinary movements into a workout. To the The Python Belt, which you fasten securely around your waist with the Velcro strap, you attach the Slastix Clips. You then attach the ankle and wrist cuffs to the belt. Most popular with MMA athletes, the Python Striker can be worn to enhance the intensity of any workout. Ideal for developing your jumping power, speed and strength.
