The TRX Bandit handles make training with resistance bands more comfortable and easier to perform. Instead of holding the band directly, you place it in the handle. This way you have more grip, less pressure on your hands and more control during the exercise.
The handles have a non-slip rubber grip and a notch on the inside into which the resistance band falls. This allows the band to stay in place better during pulling, pushing and controlled movements. The compact size makes it easy to take the handles with you to the gym, studio, outdoor location or when travelling. Suitable for strength training, mobility, rehabilitation and personal training.
This set consists of 2 TRX Bandit handles. Resistance bands are not included.
