THERABAND Band Loops are elastic resistance bands in a closed loop, suitable for strength training, mobility exercises and rehabilitation. The bands are ready to use straight away and do not need to be tied. Use them for a wide range of exercises, for example for the legs, hips and glutes.
With seven resistance levels and three sizes, you can easily choose the version that suits your exercises and fitness level. The colour indicates the resistance level, allowing you to gradually build up the intensity.

The sizes indicate the length when the band is lying flat, without stretching it. This is not the total circumference.
The THERABAND Band Loops are made from natural latex and are supplied individually.
Not suitable for people with a latex allergy.
