'Non cushion' insoles for everyday use
The Performance insoles are so thin (3 mm) that you simply place them in your (sports) shoe on the insole. Designed to be worn barefoot or with thin socks.

If in doubt about the size, always take one size bigger. This is because you can easily cut the soles to size.
