This unique set of eight silicone pods (4 large, 4 small) helps you loosen fascial structures ('soft tissue' tissue) and treat mobility and movement disorders.
RockPods are based on the principle of negative pressure. The negative pressure created by the pods lifts the skin and connective tissue, creating more space in the tissue.
Use your RockPods for recovery and mobility. The RockPods come in 2 sizes, the black, large pod is ideal for large muscle groups and the red, smaller pod for smaller muscles. Combined with RockRub or massage oil, the RockPods can be easily shifted on the skin.
