The PowerTube+ is a compact and safe way to train with resistance. One tube trains all major muscle groups, such as arms, shoulders, chest, back, abdomen, buttocks and legs. The elastic resistance builds up gradually, keeping the load pleasant for the joints.
The PowerTube+ is suitable for various training goals, such as muscle strengthening, body toning and mobility. Due to its controlled resistance, it is also widely used in injury prevention and recovery training.
In the tube is an internal safety cable that prevents it from stretching too far. The sturdy carabiners make it easy to change resistance or combine multiple tubes. The PowerTube+ can be used with PTP handles, ankle straps and anchors and is part of the PTP resistance system.
