ViPR was specifically developed from the need to integrate Loaded Movement Training into traditional workouts in a safe and effective way. The ViPR is a hollow tube and has several handles which allows exercises to be performed with various grips.
The 2 kg TPE ViPR is slightly smaller than the other ViPR models. Like the larger ViPRs, you'll turn your workout into a Loaded Movement Workout. With ViPR, you combine targeted movements and functional strength exercises to create an effective body workout and strengthen your core.
This lightweight ViPR is also ideal for the elderly, women and children.
The VGF (ViPR GROUP FITNESS) models are made of fully recyclable TPE rubber.
