PowerBlock is an adjustable dumbbell, consisting of individual parts that are easily connected by moving the corresponding pin. The result is a pair of balanced dumbbells with weights that can range from 2 to (in this case) 11 kg. In this way, PowerBlock offers the most choice and virtually any desired resistance can be achieved. Looking for a heavier weight? Then choose one of the other versions.
The PowerBlock makes the best use of available space, making it ideal for training rooms with limited space. Thus, this PowerBlock can replace 8 pairs of loose dumbbells, adding up to 98kg of loose weights. These adjustable dumbbells from Powerblock have a weight range of 1-11kg per hand, and can be increased by 1kg increments.
