The Naboso Sensory Sticks are designed to add sensory stimulation to training, activation and recovery. The texture on the sticks stimulates the hands and feet, allowing you to move more consciously and gain more control during exercises.
Each stick weighs 1 kg and comes as a set of 2. The combination of weight and texture makes the Sensory Sticks suitable for grip training, core exercises, shoulder training and loosening up stiff hands or feet.
