The Flex Cord Classic with carabiners is a great addition to your Flex Disc workout.
One carabiner clips onto your Flex Disc and the other attaches to an anchor point to provide loaded resistance training to stretch and strengthen your upper and lower body.
Around the elastic band, the Flex Cord has a protective sleeve designed to stretch along with the inner elastic tubing. This unique feature allows the Flex Cord Classic to stretch up to 5x its length, giving even greater versatility to your workouts.
Available in 2 lengths, 41 cm (16") and 61 cm (24"). We recommend the 41 cm long Flex Cord for Pilates and Barre exercises and the 61 cm long Flex Cord for traditional resistance training.
