The Flex MBar 24" consists of two 30-cm steel rods, encased in foam for extra grip and comfort. Each section has a swivel attachment eye (eyebolt) and can be used separately or linked to form one long 60-cm bar. This gives you maximum flexibility in how you train: one- or two-handed grip, one or two attachment points, and deployable for functional exercises with resistance.
Attach the bar directly to a Flex Disc for dynamic, multidirectional training. Or attach Flex Cords or cable machines to one or both ends for a wide range of resistance exercises. From strength building to rotational stability.
The Flex MBar 24" comes as a set of two rods, including swivel eyelets.
