Flex Discs increase your mobility, stability, balance and strength.
The Flex Disc Mini has 6 wheels with ball bearings that ensure effortless movement in any direction on any surface; rubber, carpet, cement or wood.
The patented design of the Flex Disc has an opening in the middle where you can click in a handle (self-locking, twist-click mechanism). In addition, each disc has 6 attachment points for resistance tubes to add extra resistance to your workout.
Different from other gliding/sliding products, Flex Discs offer you a balance challenge where you need to maintain control during static (e.g. planks) or dynamic (e.g. lunges) exercises. Diameter 25.4 cm (10"). Flex Disc Mini comes with two 1.9 cm thick rubber pads that you can place on the disc or floor for extra cushioning.
