The aerobis Rowstick is a versatile training tool that lets you perform pulling, twisting and pushing movements that strengthen your core and whole body. The clever 3-piece design with stainless steel connecting eyes makes it easy to combine the Rowstick with resistance bands, sling trainers and the Kinetic Trainer, giving you plenty of variety.
Made of sturdy galvanised steel with comfortable foam handles, the Rowstick ensures a secure grip. The bearing eyes rotate smoothly, ensuring smooth and natural movements.
Use the long configuration with light Powerbands for sports-specific exercises such as golf and hockey, or the short configuration with heavier bands for strength training exercises such as chest presses and rows. This will keep your workout challenging and varied.

Rowstick: Max. training load per eye 30 kg and total 60 kg. Break load: 300 kg
Rowstick XL: Max. training load per eye 20 kg and total 40 kg. Break load: 200 kg
