Basic H-Harness
The Stroops H-Harness comes over the shoulders and has a strap across the chest. The harness has four straps with a ring on the back; two behind the back and two below the shoulders. By attaching Slastix Clips to these rings, the harness provides resistance on the chest. This makes the Stroops H-Harnas suitable for explosive pulls. By using different types of Slastix Clips, exercises can be varied.
The simple design allows athletes to move freely and perform different exercises without any problems. The model always fits any size and height. It features padded straps on the chest and shoulders and is comfortable to wear.
