The Stroops Connectus is one convenient training station that lets you do Barre, Pilates and fitness. Choose additional training variation resistance band(s) and accessories and put together your own workout; such as Slastix, VITL Kit, Pilates Loops and Fit-Stik Pro bar. The Connectus has room for up to 6 people and is easily portable. The Connectus holds 1-9 weight plates so that the anchor stays in place during your workouts.
