Gymstick Original 2.0 is a functional resistance trainer that does more than mimic exercises with free weights: it provides resistance in virtually any direction and position. Each exercise improves your core strength, balance, posture, coordination, muscle strength and/or endurance, it is a complete body workout.
Gymstick Original is available in five different resistance levels ranging from 1-30 kg / 2-66 lbs. Ideal for everyone from juniors to seniors, rehabilitation patients to elite athletes, beginners to professionals.
The stick, consisting of two 75cm pieces of fibreglass-reinforced plastic, can be assembled using the quick-lock mechanism, making the stick 130cm in total.
5 WEIGHT LEVELS
1-10 kg - Green - juniors, seniors, rehabilitation
1-15 kg - Blue - fit juniors, women, very fit seniors
1-20 kg - Black - fit women, men
1-25 kg - Silver - very fit women, fit men
1-30 kg - Gold - elite athletes, bodybuilding
