ActivMotion Bar Glimpse is the next "level" core and balance training tool. The 4.5 pound bar is hollow and partially filled with ball bearings that shift smoothly and gently within. A window cut in the center of the bar allows users to see the ball bearings moving as they exercise. The three middle ball bearings are white in color, allowing for the simple instruction to keep the white ball bearings within the window when trying to balance the bar. Users are able to feel, hear and see imbalances as they train, allowing for the development of greater balance and body awareness.
