The BOSU CorLok NexGen Home Balance Trainer is an unstable training ball designed for balance, strength and stability exercises. Its shape and surface mean your body has to constantly adjust as you move. The trainer uses the CorLok system, allowing you to attach accessories such as the Omni-Deck, Wedge and Athletic Platform. This enables you to vary your training routine without needing any other products.
The top has a textured finish for grip. After use, the trainer can be stored using the wall mount supplied.
