Adding cork to the spaces between your first and second or fourth and fifth toes creates more distance between the toes. This can come in handy if the toe spreaders tend to shift or if you want even more spread between the toes.
Please note: the cork supplement is sized for Size L large toe spacers. To use it for Size S or M toe spacers, simply cut the cork to size, as demonstrated in the video by Dr Conley.
