    During exercises, you will use the Mobility Stick as a simple tool to create tension, leverage, stability and body awareness. Regular exercise will increase your range of motion, muscle activation and coordination to build a strong foundation for better movement.


    The sticks are designed for professional use in gyms, medical institutions and on the sports field. They can be used outdoors, are 100% waterproof and easy to clean. They are made in the USA with a custom blend of synthetic plastic with silicone rubber grips, designed to achieve the balance of flexibility and strength needed for the full range of Stick Mobility exercises.


    To use the full range of exercises in the training system and videos, we recommend purchasing a bundle of three Mobility Sticks (2 long and 1 short stick). You will get the most out of your training sessions with two long and one short Mobility Stick. Having multiple sticks gives you access to a wider range of stretches and strengthening movements.


    The use of multiple sticks is both a regressive and progressive aspect of the Stick Mobility system. Balance exercises can be challenging and two sticks provide extra stability so that the body and central nervous system can learn to adapt to the new stimulus. Some exercises and stretches use contralateral and ipsilateral patterns that require the use of more than one stick. In stretching exercises and movements, two sticks can be used while hanging, twisting, pushing and pulling in opposite directions to achieve maximum range of motion.
