The Power Set Pro is Let's Bands' most complete set. The set includes 3 power bands mini and 2 max in 5 different resistances. 3 Mini powerbands: light, medium, heavy and 2 max powerbands: medium and heavy. With the power set pro, you can endlessly vary your workouts.
The combination of the mini (22x5 cm) and max (100x 1.5 cm ánd 100x2 cm) powerbands is ideal for a total body workout. You can choose from a wide range of exercises such as warm-up, strength training, muscle development, balance training, endurance training, rehabilitation training and stretching. Thereby, you always have the possibility to train at different levels. Thanks to the compact size and the included bag, you can easily take your power bands with you wherever you go. Or just train at home with these flexible rubber resistance bands.
Please note that the Let's Bands power bands are not latex-free.
