The Support Belt gives extra support to the vertebrae in the lower back and to the back muscles during heavy and light jobs at home or at work and ensures that you lift correctly. This support belt is easy to put on and does not restrict your freedom of movement. Made of comfortable, breathable material and fitted with Sticky Finger® Stays to keep your belt in place.
To determine the right size, measure the circumference of your body at the level of your navel. The belt should be tight around your hips and two fingers wide below your navel at the front. Use the Velcro fastener to fasten the belt securely; over or under your clothes. The braces are adjustable so they do not put tension on your shoulders.
Different sizes available, measure the circumference of your waist:
S: 64 - 76 cm
M: 76 - 86 cm
L: 87 - 97 cm
XL: 97 - 107 cm
