The TheraBand Senso ball cushion is used to promote relaxed and dynamic sitting and active sitting. Various therapeutic exercises can be performed with the ball cushion: back exercises, pelvic floor exercises, exercises for foot and leg muscles, balance exercises and coordination exercises.
The Senso ball cushion has a smooth side and a side with soft studs for massaging the seat, back or feet.
