The Explosive Kick is the training tool for the most intense workout of your lower body. With the Explosive Kick, you develop lower-body power and improve your technique and balance with constant resistance on the muscles of your lower body.
The Explosive Kick consists of:
- 2 Slastix Clips 1.22m
- 2 ankle straps
- 1 anchor.
Available in 3 different resistances.
Fasten the ankle straps closely around your ankles, using the D-ring at the back. Next, attach both Slastix to the anchor (e.g.fence or pole). then attach the Slastix Clips to the D-rings of the ankle straps. With the Slastix in tension, you are ready to practice kicks, takedowns and other lower body movements. The resistance forces you to fully rotate the hips in (90°) before extending the lower leg, improving your fighting stance and balance. (Note: It is recommended to wear a shirt while training).
