The powerband mini black has an extra-heavy resistance (9 kg). Thanks to its compact size (22x5 cm), you can easily take your powerband anywhere. Or just train at home with these flexible rubber mini bands. Suitable for dynamic warm-up, strength training, core and lower body training.
Recommended for beginners:
Train with the green (medium) and blue (heavy) powerband first before working out with the black (extra heavy).
Recommended for advanced users:
Work out with 2 powerbands! For more resistance, use the black mini-band together with a green or blue one.
