BOSU stands for Both Sides Utilised, meaning that both the convex and platform sides of the BOSU Balance Trainer can be used. The BOSU Balance Trainer is the perfect training product to add balance to any existing exercise. Balance is the start of every movement and helps us make movements purposeful and controlled.

Under the motto; "making every workout better", the BOSU Balance Trainer increases instability and challenges the body during every workout. Here, the core plays a particularly important and active role. The core is the most important link between the lower and upper body and ensures that our movement patterns and skills - which we need in sport, work and daily activities - are improved.

BOSU® Sport Balance Trainer is a smaller version of the Home Balance Trainer. It offers the same benefits as the home balance trainer when working on balance, strength or flexibility training, but also delivers a great cardio workout.

The BOSU Balance Trainer is challenging, accessible, effective and suitable for everyone:

BOSU Balance Trainer Sport has a single-layer platform with non-slip caps on the bottom. The Sport edition is specially designed for training at home or on the go and is not suitable for large-scale use in, for example, fitness centres and physiotherapy practices.
