Shipment
Once you have selected shipment and pay method you will see the shipping costs. These costs are dependent on the order amount and shipment and pay method. If you want to come and get your articles this can only be done by appointment. Most items ship within 2 business days.
Visit us
You can of course also visit us but only after having made an appointment. We will then see to it that the products that you want, are ready.

Meijers Fit&Gezond is open from Monday till Friday from 09:00 till 17:00 h.

All our products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee for 1 year.
Repairs
If a product shows a possible manufacturer’s fault you must contact Meijers Fit&Gezond. You must hand the product or send it post-paid and well packed. When products are returned not prepaid, your parcel will be rejected. Any damage of the product that has occurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. When articles are returned for repair and it shows that this repair is not under warranty, you can be charged for the costs of examination (€ 30,-) by the manufacturer. In case repair is not under warranty, you will receive an offer for reparation. If you agree to this offer for reparation, the product will be repaired. If you do not agree to reparation, you must pay for the examination costs before the product is returned.

- What is payment in advance?
Payment in advance means that you remit the amount of our invoice beforehand into our Postbank account 4444091 in the name of L.M. Meijers b.v. in Roosteren, referring to the invoice number.
- What is VISA/Master Card ?
VISA/Mastercard means paying with Credit Card. We only accept VISA and Master Card. Paying with credit card is safe, fast and secured so that no misuse can be made of your data. Payments are processed by Ogone. Therefore Ogone will be mentioned on your bank statement.
Security.
Our customer’s data security is of first importance to us. Therefore your data are secured saved.
Returns
Returns are only possible within 8 days and after consulting with us. You must contact us beforehand and pay for the return shipping costs. Products can only be returned undamaged and unused and in the original packaging materials. Products must be returned post-paid and well packed. The amount paid minus our shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days on receipt
Returns of companies are excluded. Orders of companies will not be annulled / no money back / no remittance.

Registration
When ordering products you must register. You must register for easy logging in and because then you need not to fill out the information again next time. After you have logged you can view the status of your order and your ordering history via Mijn Menu. Simply click on your order and view the status of it. If you lost your pass word, you can click on Inloggen” and ask for your pass word. You will receive this by e-mail. When having trouble with logging in, please contact us. When registering you do not need to give credit card information. By registering you can login fast and order then.
