The training station by Thera-Band® was designed to combine the use of the resistance products in strength training with the use of gymnastic balls, fitness steps and stability trainers. The large hollow in the centre of the station easily offers space for the Thera-Band® gymnastics ball, the stability trainer, the tilt board or the therapeutic top. Furthermore six connection points enable optimal training with Thera-Band® tubing. The very rugged polyethylene construction easily withstands repeated use and its granite grey design fits into almost every décor. 10 rubber feet on the bottom of the station prevent slippage. Despite its robust design, the station is light enough to carry or stack.
