The Thera-Band® AquafinsTM enable resistance training of a special kind. This wing shaped, robust water equipment can be fastened to the ankle or wrist joints using a strong Velcro closure and thereby increases water resistance for effective whole body training. The AquafinsTM by Thera-Band® are supplied in a practical nylon net. A set of exercise instructions to strengthen the leg, back, arm and chest musculature is enclosed.
