 | Thera-Band® hand trainer XL - green - medium
The XL version of the hand trainers was created especially for persons with movement restrictions (such as arthritis) and persons with large hands who would like to use the balls for therapy or for strength or coordination training. The XL version is one third larger than the standard version of the hand trainer. They can be used to perform the same exercises as with the standard version as well as cold and heat therapy.
